Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, but by creating an account with Rosada Couture, you become a VIP member and have access to order and shipping information. You will also be added to our email list for exclusive updates in the future.
Do you do giveaways?
Yes. Most giveaways will be held directly through our Instagram account @RosadaCouture. If you'd like to be notified of a giveaway as soon as one is available, sign up for our newsletter at www.RosadaCouture.com to get exclusive updates before anyone else.
I have not received an order confirmation. What should I do?
Order confirmations can take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation e-mail after 24 hours, please contact us at info@RosadaCouture.com with your inquiry.
I am an international customer (Outside USA.) Do I have to pay customs/taxes?
Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Rosada Couture. We are not responsible for any issues that may arise with your order during shipment that may be caused by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation delays once the package has exited the United States. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
Do you offer returns/exchanges?
No. All sales are final. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information. Rosada Couture reserves the right to refuse all returns. I just placed my order. When will it arrive?
All packages ship via USPS. The processing time for orders is 1-2 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 7-12 days, and 10-15 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays, or exclusive limited edition releases, this time may vary. Don't worry, delivery times are usually a lot shorter than this. Thank you for your patience. How often do you restock?
We aim to restock every week, but restock times vary depending on product availability.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Usually, we will process your order within 1-2 business days and prepare it for shipment to get it to you as soon as possible.
